Stan Parker has served as the president of Winston Starts since 2021.

He has experience working with startups and scaling businesses domestically and internationally.

Stan has served in C-Suite and executive leadership roles in strategic planning, brand strategy, marketing management and communications across multiple industries and operating models. He has worked for Caltex Petroleum Corporation in Singapore, HanesBrands, Krispy Kreme, a startup company called Human Analogue Applications, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as his own consulting business, BRANDPATHWAYS®.

Stan holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College, where he was a scholarship athlete. Stan and his wife Karen have two adult children, James and Andrew, and one grand-dog, Scotty. They have called Winston-Salem home since 1988.
